"Currently the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, Haiti has experienced political instability for most of its history."  "The rural poor are the most responsive. Illiteracy, marginalization in society and lack of adequate teaching have all reduced the Church’s potential impact. But evangelicals are doing a great job of addressing these challenges via radio, children’s education and pastoral and lay training." -Operation World.  Click Here to Read More!

Mission: We will be coming alongside My Life Speaks to minister throughout Haiti.  Hosting a Basketball Camp.

Basketball Camp will work in two sections. The morning session will be for 6-12 year olds and they will break them up into 6-7 different Team colors. The camp runs from 9-12 where they do an all warm-up time together, break up into their team colors and do different drills, rotating every 10-15 mins and then when it ends at noon each child will get a sandwich and drink. On the last day of camp we will have a tournament where the teams play each other and advance to the championship game.

Also in the afternoons from 1-2:30 we will have a small camp for 3-5 year olds where we introduce dribbling, shooting on small kid goals, warm-ups, etc.
